Booking terms and privacy
The short version of how bookings, payments and your data are handled. Your booking confirmation sets out the full terms for your event.
Bookings
- Every booking is made with Chettoor Suvarna Venues LLP, which operates all three halls.
- A date is confirmed only after we receive the advance and send you a written booking confirmation.
- A provisional hold lasts for a limited time, shown on your quote. Unpaid holds lapse automatically.
- Only one event runs on the campus at a time. Combined bookings of more than one hall are welcome.
- Capacity, timings, parking and any restrictions for your event are listed in your booking confirmation.
Payments
- We accept bank transfer and UPI to the Chettoor Suvarna Venues LLP account, and cash or cheque at the office.
- We do not take online card payments, and we will never ask for your card details or OTP.
- Every payment receives a receipt with a reference number.
Changes and cancellation
Date changes and cancellations are handled as set out in your booking confirmation. Please contact the office as early as possible.
Privacy
- When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone and WhatsApp number, optional email, and your event details.
- We use them only to reply to you, prepare your quote and manage your booking. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
- Enquiry records are kept by the LLP office. To see, correct or delete your details, call or WhatsApp us.
- This website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to track you.
